Students’ Co-creative Reinterpretations

Students’ Co-creative Reinterpretations of Skagen Museum’s photos to be exhibited in Pesaro, Italy

The workshop held by AMAT and Mara Cerri with students from the Pesaro art school, aimed at developing co-creative reinterpretations of the black/white photos of the Skagen Art Museums (depicting the life of the artists’ colony in Skagen), have resulted into a highly fruitful experience, that has disseminated the value of this special cultural heritage and raised awareness about its possible connections with preset day societal themes. The most significant outcomes of this experience have been presented in an exhibition, that was inaugurated at the end of May in a gallery in the centre of the city.
